Since many of our sarees are made using traditional powerloom techniques, slight weaving irregularities may naturally occur and are considered part of the fabric’s authentic character.

1. No Returns or Exchanges on Minor Variations

As these are powerloom sarees, slight thread up-and-down variations, weaving marks, or minor irregularities may appear. These are natural characteristics of the weaving process and are not considered damage or defects.

We also do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect color or design selection

• Delayed delivery caused by courier partners

• Minor color differences due to screen/display settings

• Natural weaving or thread variations in powerloom sarees

Please read the product description carefully and review all images before placing your order.

2. Returns or Exchanges for Damaged Products

We perform thorough quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a saree that is genuinely damaged, such as:

• Torn fabric

• Cut or defective saree

• Wrong product delivered

we do accept returns or exchanges.

To request assistance, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

• A brief explanation of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a suitable resolution.

3. Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, as orders are processed immediately for dispatch.
